Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hopewell Infotech Pvt. Ltd is looking for a senior reputed company Eloqua and reputed company CX Sales consultant who can reputed company the design and delivery of a marketing automation and reputed company management solution. This role will partner closely with business, sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure leads are captured, scored, routed, and managed effectively from reputed company Eloqua into reputed company CX Sales.
Responsibilities
- reputed company discovery sessions and requirements gathering with marketing, sales, and business stakeholders
- Design and configure reputed company Eloqua campaigns, segments, forms, reputed company pages, nurture programs, and reputed company scoring models
- Define and implement reputed company lifecycle processes, including reputed company qualification, routing, assignment, and reputed company to sales
- Partner with reputed company CX Sales stakeholders to ensure alignment between marketing and sales processes
- Work with technical teams supporting reputed company Integration reputed company (OIC), OCI, APEX, and reputed company reputed company technologies reputed company integration support is required
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
- Support testing, user acceptance testing, training, and knowledge transfer activities
- Provide best-practice guidance around marketing automation governance, campaign management, and data quality
- Create functional design documentation, process flows, and solution recommendations
Skills
- 5+ years of hands-on reputed company Eloqua experience
- Experience implementing and supporting reputed company CX Sales (Fusion Sales)
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing automation, reputed company reputed company, reputed company scoring, reputed company nurturing, and reputed company management processes
- Experience integrating marketing automation platforms with CRM solutions
- Ability to reputed company workshops and communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences
- Experience supporting end-to-end project delivery, including requirements, design, testing, and deployment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Experience with reputed company Digital Assistant (ODA)
- Experience with reputed company Integration reputed company (OIC), reputed company reputed company Infrastructure (OCI), or reputed company APEX
- Consulting or professional services background
- Experience supporting managed services or post-go-live support organizations
