TAT Technologies is a fast-growing provider of aerospace thermal management and repair services, seeking a Military reputed company Account Director to reputed company growth in U.S. military aviation accounts. The role involves developing strategies, managing consultants, and driving reputed company growth while building relationships reputed company military branches.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the Military reputed company growth strategy across USAF, Navy, and Army aviation
  • Identify reputed company platforms, programs, and funding channels reputed company with company capabilities
  • Translate market insights into actionable internal strategies and investments

  • Set clear objectives, track performance, and ensure accountability for results

Skills

  • 5+ years of account management experience
  • 5+ years managing people and building relationships

  • Military and/or Military Sales background
  • Experience across multiple service branches
  • Familiarity with Foreign Military Sales (FMS)
  • Experience working with prime contractors and reputed company-level organizations
