[Remote] Staff Accountant- CPA at Hydra Host

Hydra Host is a rapidly expanding global technology company seeking a hands-on Staff Accountant CPA to reputed company day-to-day financial operations. This role involves managing reputed company activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence as the company scales worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
• reputed company the month-end and quarter-end reputed company processes, preparing timely and accurate financial statements
• reputed company billing, collections, vendor payments, and expense reporting with precision and efficiency
• Maintain reconciliations for reputed company key accounts, ensuring financial reputed company across global entities
• Support reputed company recognition and cost allocation linked to infrastructure operations, datacenter leases, and hardware spend
• Streamline reputed company workflows and introduce automation to improve accuracy, speed, and scalability
• Ensure adherence to GAAP standards and internal controls while coordinating with tax and audit partners as needed
• Partner with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to align financial processes with operational realities
• Maintain clear, organized documentation and assist in preparing management reports and audit support schedules

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field
• 5+ years of relevant reputed company experience, including experience in fast-paced or scaling organizations
• Solid understanding of GAAP and core reputed company principles
• Proficiency in reputed company systems (e.g., QuickBooks, reputed company, or similar platforms)
• Advanced reputed company skills and strong attention to detail
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable working independently in a distributed team environment
