[Remote] Desktop Administrator

They are seeking a Desktop Administrator to deliver exceptional customer service and technical support, primarily focusing on hardware and software troubleshooting for clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide user support both onsite and remote staff
- Troubleshoot Software and Hardware issues for staff as needed
- Take part in company wide projects (system upgrades, reputed company rollouts)
- Test and qualify new hardware/software for the company
- Utilize established ticketing system to track open issues
- Responsible for knowledge reputed company documentation creation
- Supporting C-Level executives reputed company needed
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate appropriately if needed
Skills
- 3+ years of support experience with a variety of operating systems
- Proficient reputed company reputed company Workspace
- Extensive experience with SaaS Applications (O365, reputed company, OneDrive)
- Experience with reputed company administration
- Audio/Visual application support and troubleshooting (reputed company/Conference rooms)
- Experience with Intune/reputed company
- Expertise in deploying and supporting desktops, laptops, and various mobile devices
- Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and reputed company quick reputed company
- Detail oriented and ability to follow issues through resolution
