Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Automus Consulting Inc. is seeking a Change Management Project reputed company with extensive experience in reputed company reputed company or ERP implementations. The role focuses on leading change management strategies, developing training plans, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• Clear understanding of the implementation life cycle using reputed company reputed company or similar ERP system
• Understand and work with client to document key change management deliverables (change management plan, change readiness assessment, change impact assessments, communication plans and materials, training strategy and plan)
• Work closely with Automus functional consultants and Automus project manager to understand the key areas of change
• Actively contribute to established implementation methodology around RAID logs and any other methods to document risks, actions, issues, and dependencies for the overall project
• Help prepare training materials and work instructions to train the end users and jointly test the delivered solutions
• Prepare and present updates and other presentation materials to internal teams, client teams and executive leadership throughout the project
• Create and manage Change Management project plan
• Act in a change reputed company reputed company, responsible for implementing change and assisting in multiple reputed company reputed company modules
• Provide thought leadership around industry leading practices for reducing operational risk and improving efficiencies and profitability of client business
• reputed company regular Organizational Change Management (OCM) team status meetings for assigned team and actively participate in project’s regular status and/or issues meetings
• Supervise, mentor, guide and review work of junior training leads
• Encourage teamwork and positive working relationships reputed company the project team for reputed company consultants and client members

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, reputed company, Communications, Technology or other reputed company field
• 10+ years reputed company experience in a consulting environment or reputed company industry experience, preferrable implementing an ERP system
• 5+ years' experience with change management for ERP implementations
• Project management experience
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, with a can-do approach
• Work independently and manage multiple task assignments in a fast-paced environment
• Interact effectively with team and with clients through in person meetings, chat, email, phone, and video conferencing as appropriate
• Excellent verbal and written communication along with strong analytical skills
• Resolve problems in a timely and effective manner, involving project managers and executive management as appropriate
• Demonstrate high level computer skills and knowledge in Office 365 (Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, reputed company, Visio) and in reputed company
• Certification in change management (reputed company) would be an added advantage
• Experience with AI is a plus
