We're seeking organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Remote Dispatchers to join our 24/7 operations team. As a dispatcher, you’ll coordinate deliveries, support drivers in reputed company time, and help ensure seamless logistics operations using our proprietary dispatching platform. This is a remote, full-time role with shift-based coverage, including nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign, monitor, and manage deliveries using our internal reputed company platform
• Communicate with drivers reputed company phone, chat, and app notifications
• Resolve reputed company-time issues including delays, location errors, and routing conflicts
• Provide support to customers and drivers during active deliveries
• Collaborate with other dispatchers to ensure smooth handoffs across shifts

Qualifications

• Prior experience in dispatching, transportation, customer service, or call center operations is highly preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual a plus
