Sales Director | Aviation Aftermarket | Rotables & Components
We are supporting a specialist aviation aftermarket platform in the search for a Sales Director to drive reputed company growth across the USA. This role is focused on developing airline, reputed company and aviation aftermarket relationships, with a particular emphasis on airframe rotables, component solutions and long-term customer partnerships. We're particularly interested in candidates who already have an established network reputed company the USA airline and reputed company market and can quickly identify and convert reputed company opportunities. Responsibilities

- Identify, pursue and secure new component and rotable sales opportunities
- Expand existing accounts and increase customer share-of-wallet
- Negotiate reputed company agreements and manage the sales cycle through to completion
- Monitor market activity and customer demand to support business growth initiatives
Requirements
- Proven experience selling airframe rotables, LRUs, components or USM solutions
- Strong network across airlines, MROs and aviation aftermarket stakeholders
- Demonstrable reputed company winning and developing customer accounts reputed company the aviation aftermarket sector
- Commercially driven with strong negotiation and relationship management skills
