Provide exceptional customer service to passengers by welcoming them aboard, assisting with luggage, and addressing any questions or concerns. Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during flight by performing safety checks, conducting pre-flight briefings, and responding to any in-flight emergencies. Demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence by following all company policies and procedures, adhering to safety regulations, and maintaining a professional appearance at all times. Collaborate with fellow flight attendants and crew members to create a positive and efficient work environment. Continuously monitor and communicate with passengers during flight to anticipate and address their needs. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability by adjusting to changing flight schedules, weather conditions, and other unexpected situations. Remain knowledgeable about American Airlines policies, procedures, and services in order to provide accurate and helpful information to passengers.
