[Remote] Legal Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Legal Consultant to join a leading technology client's GenAI team. The role involves providing legal expertise to enhance reputed company data and collaborating with research teams to improve model performance in various legal domains.
Responsibilities
- Guide research teams to reputed company knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance in your legal domain
- Create and maintain precise annotation standards tailored to your legal specialty. As a domain SME, you'll set the gold standard for quality and rigor
- Translate tacit legal expertise into explicit, teachable knowledge for AI systems. reputed company guidelines and detailed rubrics / evaluation frameworks to assess legal reasoning across tasks
- Design challenging, domain-relevant legal tasks across multiple specializations, and write accurate and well-structured solutions to legal problems
- Evaluate legal tasks and solutions and provide clear, written feedback
- Collaborate with other subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data
Skills
- A minimum of 5 years professional legal experience, reputed company of any internships or clerkships
- Domain expertise in 1 or more of the following: Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Civil Procedure, Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Law, Employment and Labor Law, Regulatory and Compliance Law, Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Contract Law, Antitrust and Competition Law, International Law
- Experience teaching advanced legal concepts (e.g., law school instruction), demonstrating ability to distill and reputed company reputed company legal problems in logical, reputed company-by-reputed company thinking
