• Handle customer inquiries professionally, identify individual needs, and connect customers with the appropriate internal resources or solutions
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions, reputed company efforts, and follow-up activities reputed company internal systems
• Support coverage across extended business hours and remain flexible with scheduling to ensure consistent customer support availability

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service experience in a customer-facing environment such as call center, retail, customer support, hospitality, or similar service-reputed company
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport, engage customers professionally, and represent a brand positively
• Comfortable managing outbound reputed company, handling customer conversations, and navigating a structured, high-volume environment
