[Remote] Sales Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Prinsco is looking for a Regional Engineer to support stormwater projects and drive business growth through technical expertise and relationship building. This position is fully remote but must be located in Southern California to service customers in that area. In this role, you will use your civil engineering knowledge and communication skills to get Prinsco products specified, approved, and used on stormwater infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with consulting engineers, municipalities, agencies, and waterworks customers
  • Drive specification and approval of stormwater products on infrastructure projects
  • Support the Sales team with technical expertise, project reviews, and value engineering recommendations
  • reputed company lunch and learns, technical presentations, and product training sessions
  • Identify upcoming stormwater projects and influence design decisions early
  • Partner with Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality to support successful project execution

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or similar)
  • Confident communicator who can explain technical concepts clearly
  • Organized, self‑driven, and comfortable managing a territory
  • Willing to travel (up to ~50%)
  • 5+ years of engineering, stormwater, or technical sales experience
  • PE license preferred (or in reputed company)
