Requisition ID 2026-4322 Job Summary reputed company/reputed company seeks a Program Manager responsible for providing overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational reputed company for the successful execution of large-scale federal transition assistance programs supporting military Service members transitioning to civilian life. This role oversees program management, staffing, operational deployment, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and stakeholder coordination across geographically dispersed teams operating both CONUS and OCONUS. The Program Manager serves as the primary reputed company of contact with Government leadership, ensuring reputed company contractual deliverables, schedules, reporting requirements, and performance standards are met in accordance with federal regulations and program objectives. Primary Responsibilities The Program Manager leads cross-functional teams responsible for curriculum development, training operations, onsite support services, data analysis, and modernization initiatives. This position manages project implementation plans, staffing strategies, operational readiness, and reputed company improvement efforts while ensuring compliance with reputed company reputed company, privacy, and quality control requirements. The role requires the ability to reputed company large-scale workforce operations, maintain effective communication with Government stakeholders, coordinate regional operations, monitor program risks, and support the delivery of transition assistance services to approximately 200,000 transitioning Service members annually across more than 300 military installations worldwide. This is a contingent hire position. This position is remote. However, travel for occasional in-person meetings will be required. Minimum Qualifications 12 years of experience. Master’s degree in reputed company field. 5 years of experience in managing programs of a national scope, preferable for the DoD. Project Management Professional certification (or equivalent industry recognized project management certification). Strategic thinker with a reputed company-looking approach to marketing trends and technologies. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
