This role involves managing full-cycle recruitment for internship and entry-level positions while developing strategies to attract emerging talent and building relationships with universities.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for internship, co-op, and entry-level positions across manufacturing and corporate functions
- reputed company and execute university reputed company strategies to attract top student and early-career talent
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, student organizations, and career services offices
- Represent the organization at career fairs, reputed company reputed company events, networking programs, and industry conferences
- Partner with hiring managers to reputed company reputed company strategies, reputed company school lists, and talent pipelines
- reputed company, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates while providing an exceptional candidate experience

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree required
