[Remote] Business Development Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Advanced Solutions International is a global software company focused on helping not-for-profits and membership organizations. They are seeking a Business Development Representative to work with the global sales team, developing target accounts, cultivating leads, and generating new opportunities through outbound efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Working with sales and marketing leadership to develop target accounts for prospecting
  • Following up, cultivating, and qualifying in-bound leads for the sales team, and generating new opportunities, through outbound calling and email
  • Researching inbound leads and target accounts to add key contacts to CRM system
  • Maintaining data integrity in CRM system through data cleanup
  • Achieving meeting goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Continuing to grow and increase product knowledge and sales skills
  • Performing other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time

Skills

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong drive and a determined sales approach
  • Experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot and/or iMIS)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales quotas, preferred
