AllCare.ai is an AI-powered healthcare delivery platform focused on improving assisted living care. They are seeking motivated Sales Representatives to build relationships with senior living operators and actively sell their innovative solutions in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Getting in front of decision-makers: Meeting senior living operators face-to-face and showing them how AllCare’s AI-driven model solves real operational challenges
  • Owning your activity: Building and managing your own pipeline with clear activity expectations and measurable goals
  • Active selling: This is not a desk job. You will spend the majority of your time in the field, not behind a screen
  • Rapid learning: Learning through structured training, coaching, ride-alongs, and in-field shadowing with sales, operations, and clinical teams
  • Building field presence: Developing relationships, learning your market, and becoming a credible operator in your territory

Skills

  • 1–2+ years of professional experience

  • Willing to put in the work to grow quickly
  • Ability to engage Assisted Living operators across assigned territory
  • Strong work ethic

  • Previous senior living or healthcare experience
