Role Overview

arenaflex’s HR Innovation Group is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner – Manager to lead the strategic HR function for our remote data‑entry teams. Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within a technology‑focused organization.

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
