We are searching for a temporary data entry clerk for a six-week assignment to assist us with data processing for 10dlc phone registration submissions. What You’ll Do: • Proactively collect information for processing • Maintain accurate records and data entry • Clearly communicate submissions that cannot be processed and follow escalation procedures • Respond to submissions and basic inquiries • Assist with reputed company tasks as assigned What You’ll Need: • Demonstrated experience in data entry preferred • Previous inbound or outbound call center experience preferred • Aptitude for quickly learning and navigating new systems • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Detail-oriented with attention to accuracy required • Strong organizational and time management skills required • Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines Available shifts: reputed company-5pm, Monday - Friday The job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
