Key Responsibilities
Accurately enter claim information from various sources into our automated system. Attach supporting documents to claim files and ensure they are forwarded to the appropriate person or department. Assist in making necessary adjustments to claims, including voiding claims, changing loss types, dates of loss, and processing other requested changes reputed company. Provide backup phone coverage, offering assistance and support to customers as needed. Requirements
