Key Responsibilities

  • Database Management: Accurately input and update contact information, affiliation details, and research metadata into our central CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) and supplementary data management systems.
  • Quality Assurance: Apply rigorous criteria to distinguish relevant from irrelevant information, flag inconsistencies, and maintain the highest standards of data cleanliness.
  • Reporting Support: Generate routine data extracts, summary tables, and visual dashboards that assist senior staff in preparing quarterly reports, grant applications, and strategic presentations.
