As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at arenaflex, you will be the frontline ambassador for our renters‑credit initiative. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls with renters, landlords, and property managers to verify rent payment histories.

  • Identify and troubleshoot common issues such as missed payments, documentation gaps, and technical glitches.

Essential Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits

For non‑California employees, the base range is $13‑$16 per hour; for California‑based team members, the range is $17‑$20 per hour.
