Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team in a part-time capacity.   • Data Input and Management: Accurately and efficiently enter various types of data into arenaflex's proprietary systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date, complete, and error-free. This includes maintaining consistent formatting and following established data entry protocols.
  • Data Verification and Validation: Cross-reference entered data against source documents to ensure accuracy and completeness. Identify and correct discrepancies, inconsistencies, and errors according to established quality control procedures.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain high standards of data quality across all systems. Regularly audit data entry work to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring compliance with arenaflex's data integrity standards.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all data entry activities, including work volume, error rates, and resolution of data discrepancies. Generate regular reports on data quality metrics and improvement initiatives.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders to resolve data-related issues, clarify requirements, and ensure consistency in data management practices.
  • System Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities to improve data entry processes and suggest enhancements to arenaflex's data management systems. Participate in the testing and implementation of new data tools and technologies.
  • Confidentiality and Security: Handle sensitive information with the utmost care and maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with arenaflex's data security protocols and industry regulations.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed established performance metrics for data entry accuracy, speed, and volume while maintaining consistent quality standards.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree in business administration, information management, or related field preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in data entry, data management, or a related administrative role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in data entry software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), with particular emphasis on Excel for data manipulation and analysis. Familiarity with database management systems and data entry automation tools is highly desirable.
