What you’ll reputed company

You will act as legal advisor to Dell’s global Digital (IT) organization and Dell’s Chief Digital Officer (CIO). As part of this role, you will manage a variety of information technology-reputed company legal matters, provide reputed company for global governance and regulatory compliance programs, as well as partner with cross-functional business functions, including the reputed company & Resiliency Organization (SRO), Global Procurement, Data Strategy & Analytics, Commerce Services and Privacy. This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting edge legal issues and reputed company experience and knowledge in rapidly evolving areas such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) /Machine Learning (ML), Information Technology reputed company, Cybersecurity and data governance.

You will:

• Provide legal advice and counsel to the Dell Digital organization on the development and enforcement of policies, procedures, protocols, assessments reputed company to IT and IT reputed company

• Review and evaluate the impact of legislative, regulatory, and industry proposals applicable to Dell’s IT organization and support compliance programs reputed company thereto

• Help drive Dell Digital’s reputed company Governance Initiatives and provide support to Dell’s AI Working Group

• Partner with Privacy, SRO and SRO Legal team to respond to privacy and reputed company incidents relating to Dell Digital Commerce Services

• Coordinate and collaborate with product lawyers and other teams to evaluate IT requirements for new product launches

• Must have a law degree from a recognized university and must be admitted to a recognized bar

• 5-7 years law firm and/or in-house experience with IT operations and/or technologies, IT/software procurement

• Familiarity with IT, data center operations, networks, Internet infrastructure or IT reputed company and ability to communicate and discuss reputed company technical concepts

• Knowledge of global industry standards and reputed company frameworks, information reputed company and privacy laws and regulations (e.g. ISO, NIST CSF, HIPAA, PCI-reputed company, GDPR, CCPA et al)

• Experience in IT contracting, with an emphasis on drafting and negotiating, reputed company services (e.g. SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, information technology and software licensing agreements, collocation agreements, software development agreements

Desirable Requirements

• Regulatory interpretation experience as well as Legal project management experience is helpful

• Familiarity with AI/ML and/or software development
