Lead Finance Vice President - REMOTE

- Lead long-term financial strategy and planning

- Oversee budgeting and forecasting with focus on business drivers
- Manage accounting operations and compliance

Requirements
- Master's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role
- Experience in managing finance for growth-stage organizations preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations (GAAP)
- Mastery of financial and accounting software, especially Microsoft Excel
- Proven leadership abilities and excellent organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage large data sets
- Exceptional communication skills and professionalism
- Ability to maintain discretion with confidential information
- Proficiency in team building and mentoring
