Job Summary

As a Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing inbound customer communications, providing expert advice on customer success, and maintaining extensive product knowledge. Responsibilities

* Manage inbound customer communications: + Answer incoming emails to address customer questions, requests, and issues + Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner + Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers

  • Consult on customer success:

+ Advise customers on how to successfully leverage our products and services based on their unique needs + Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services + Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers

  • Maintain working product knowledge:

+ Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and technical specifications + Act as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate and strategic + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product knowledge transfer

  • Track interactions in CRM:

+ Record customer interactions in our internal CRM system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development + Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement + Use CRM data to inform customer success strategies and product development

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • 1-2 years proven experience in supporting client success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
  • Passion for delighting customers with above-and-beyond service
  • Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
