Job Description:

• SAP PP consultant who is Expert in variant configuration | Strong hands-on in manufacturing processes and environments | Integration with SD, MM and FICO and experience in MRP
• With 3 minimum cycle implementation projects
• Good communicator should have experience in working with end customers and business.
• The SAP PP resource will support end to end production planning and execution for granite manufacturing operations, covering quarry blocks, slab cutting, polishing, finishing, rework, and by product handling. The role requires strong hands-on experience in batch managed, loss prone, variable yield manufacturing environments, with deep integration between PP, MM, CO, and SD. Experience in MRP: Forecast driven and Make to Order (MTO) scenarios & MRP controllers, planning strategies, safety stock

Variant Configuration:

• Objective dependencies
• Variant tables
• Reference characteristics
• Recursive BOMS
• MRP with VC
• Rework orders with VC
• Data migration of VC objects
• VC with multi-level BOMS
