As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our Talent Acquisition team with a Sourcer dedicated to building high-impact pipelines of Insurance Sales Agents. Position Overview We’re seeking a proactive, digitally savvy Sourcer who specializes in identifying and engaging top-tier Insurance Sales talent. This role will focus heavily on social sourcing, candidate research, and pipeline generation, with a strong emphasis on using social media platforms to attract high-volume Sales Producers. Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and generate candidate pipelines for Insurance Sales Agents across the U.S.
  • Leverage social media platforms—including LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), and niche insurance communities—to attract and engage potential candidates.
  • Craft compelling job posts, content, and outreach messages that reflect Brightway’s brand and drive candidate interest.
  • Conduct market research to identify new channels, competitors, talent pools, and online communities where prospective agents are active.
  • Manage job postings across multiple job boards, social media platforms, and Brightway’s ATS.
  • Screen inbound inquiries to assess interest and qualification before handing off to Recruiters.
  • Track sourcing activity and pipeline metrics using Brightway’s recruiting tools.
  • Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and prioritize roles.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the Insurance Sales landscape—licensing requirements, agent profiles, and competitive trends.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in high-volume sales, insurance, or agency environments.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and executing social media sourcing strategies.
  • Strong copywriting skills for posts, outreach messages, and engagement content.
  • Comfortable navigating and engaging across multiple platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook Groups, Instagram, TikTok, ZipRecruiter, Indeed, etc.).
  • Ability to build relationships quickly with passive talent.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and data discipline.
  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments.
