Job Description:

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and convert personal lines prospects through cold calls, networking, referrals, and community outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and centers of influence.
  • Provide accurate insurance quotes and guide clients through coverage options that best meet their needs.
  • Represent the agency professionally at marketing events, community activities, and networking functions.
  • Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth onboarding and excellent customer service.
  • Maintain detailed activity logs and client information in the agency’s management system.

Requirements:

  • Prior insurance experience required (independent agency background preferred)
  • Active Property & Casualty license
  • Outgoing, personable, and confident communicator
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
  • Willing to attend marketing events and represent the agency in the community
  • A career-minded professional looking for long-term growth
