What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Consultant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Connecting with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their needs and preferences
  • Guiding customers through every step of their car buying journey, from online sales or appraisal to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery
  • Ensuring a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing to provide an unrivaled customer service experience
  • Mentoring others as your skillset expands
  • Achieving sales targets while providing an iconic customer experience
  • Acquiring the Automotive Sales Persons License in specific states – may require testing and travel as some states request physical presence to apply for the license

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to sales leads and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Use your knowledge of the arenaflex inventory to guide customers towards vehicles that meet their needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the car buying process
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide an iconic customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and arenaflex policies and procedures

Qualifications and Requirements:

* Sales and customer service experience, in an area such as retail, is preferred

  • Thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Good listening skills and a strong customer focus
  • High level of self-motivation to achieve performance goals
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn and master new technologies; strong computer skills
  • Open availability for shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be open to shifting schedules two times per year according to needs of the business
  • Hybrid role with requirement for working on site one day per week
  • Must meet Minimum technology requirements (Type of internet service and Speed of internet service)
  • Candidates must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
