Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assisting passengers with booking reservations, changing flights, and processing refunds or cancellations as needed.
  • Providing accurate information regarding flight schedules, baggage policies, and travel documentation requirements.
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively, escalating complex cases to senior management when necessary.
  • Collaborating with other departments such as reservations, operations, and finance to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company policies, procedures, and industry regulations to provide accurate assistance to customers.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service or the hospitality industry is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
