SCORM QC Specialist (Contractor)

Summary of Duties: Review and validate SCORM packages for AllenComm eLearning deliverables prior to client delivery. Test within SCORM Cloud and client LMS environments as needed. Provide written feedback using AllenComm’s standard QC checklist. Key Responsibilities: Test SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 packages via SCORM Cloud (access provided by AllenComm). Verify LMS launch, completion status, bookmarking, score reporting, and interaction data capture. Document issues clearly with steps to reproduce. Complete reviews within agreed turnaround windows. Submit hours weekly. Required Skills/Qualifications: Demonstrated experience testing SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 packages. Familiarity with at least one major LMS (Cornerstone, Workday, SuccessFactors, or equivalent). Ability to interpret LMS tracking data and identify reporting errors. Strong written communication for issue documentation. Reliable availability for evening / weekend review windows. Preferred Skills/Qualifications: Experience with xAPI / Tin Can. Familiarity with Articulate Rise or Storyline output. Background in eLearning development or QA. Comfortable working asynchronously with remote teams. Apply To This Job
