Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assisting customers with technical issues related to our IT services and products
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to accurately support customers
  • Documenting customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve complex customer issues and enhance service delivery
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate departmental teams
  • Providing feedback on service processes and contributing to ongoing improvements

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the IT or tech industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software

Compensation

The salary for this role is $46,000 - $53,000 per year, depending on experience.

Location

This is a remote position, and you will be working from home. You must be located in the USA to be considered for this role.
