AWS Architect

•Prepare the detailed activities plan for 14 weeks and define milestone & outcome. •Assess the Application architecture and AWS deployment. •Conduct Kickoff and workshops with Enlace stakeholders to understand the app and set the expectations. •Build the design and architecture for data ingestion ,data aggregation and visualization. •Assess the current AWS services SKU, finops reports, alerts and data needed to build FinOps dashboards. •Identify the cost leakage and build recommendation plan. •Define the future roadmap for FinOps, KPIs, FinOps reports and automation opportunities. •Highlight the risks/issues and provide updates on progress. •Work with Enlace stakeholders to make decisions on architectural changes, committed spend, data lifecycles etc. •Review and assess cloud watch data for high cost resources and provide recommendation.
