Job Description
We are looking for a Senior GenAI Developer with hands-on expertise in open source and AWS Generative AI stacks. You will design and build production-ready RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and knowledge-based AI solutions. This role focuses on delivering scalable, low-hallucination, and observable AI systems using modern LLMs and cloud technologies.
Responsibilities
Build RAG pipelines and agentic workflows using LangChain and LangGraph Develop knowledge base chatbots with semantic search and conversation memory Implement advanced retrieval strategies (Hybrid Search, HyDE, chunking) Design multi-agent architectures (Agentic RAG, Self-RAG, Corrective RAG) Integrate LLMs (Claude, GPT-4o, Llama, Mistral) via APIs and hosting platforms Work with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, PGVector) Build solutions using AWS Bedrock, Agents, and Knowledge Bases Set up evaluation (Ragas) and observability (LangSmith/Phoenix) Deploy AI services using FastAPI, Docker, and OpenTelemetry Qualifications 8+ years of experience in any cloud platform preferable AWS 3+ years in GenAI/LLM development 3+ years of experience in Python and AI backend development skills Experience with LangChain, vector DBs, and RAG architectures Hands-on AWS experience (Bedrock, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, etc.) Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, and scalable deployments
