Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, interacting with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and effective support, resolving issues and answering questions to the best of your ability. You'll also be responsible for making outbound scheduling and follow-up calls to promote customer satisfaction and transfer calls to various departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls, confirm scheduled appointments, and respond to voicemail messages, abandoned, and missed calls from customers

  • Make outbound scheduling and follow-up calls to promote customer satisfaction
  • Transfer calls to various departments as needed
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize knowledge of arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information as necessary

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with CRM software and customer relationship management
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
