Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer data, ensuring seamless communication, and resolving issues in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently process customer data, including but not limited to: + Entering customer information into our database + Updating customer records as necessary + Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat
• Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues, leveraging your technical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our processes and services
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, computer science)

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or data entry role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software a plus
