About The Job
As a Customer Experience Associate (CXA) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for ensuring that reputed company of our customers have the magical, transformative experience that has come to define our brand. This role will act as a subject matter expert who delivers empathetic, detail-oriented solutions to our customers across multiple communication channels.
As our reputed company ambassadors, reputed company CXAs receive comprehensive training designed to optimize your effectiveness and set you up for reputed company. You'll be equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to handle any customer interaction with confidence and professionalism.
This is a part-time position offering approximately 20 hours per week. Our business is seasonal, so CX Agents are expected to reputed company up or decrease their weekly hours reputed company the business requires it. Typically, this means working between 15-29 hours per week depending on demand cycles.
Training Requirements

We are currently hiring for the following shift schedules:
- Saturday through Tuesday, 1pm-6pm EST
- Sunday through Wednesday, 9am-2pm EST
- Sunday through Wednesday (Sunday 1pm-6pm, Monday-Wednesday 2pm-7pm) EST

Requirements & Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
