Key Responsibilities
As a Cargo Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Processing cargo shipments, including handling, loading, and unloading cargo, as well as preparing and submitting necessary documentation
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Collaborating with other teams, including operations, customer service, and logistics, to ensure seamless cargo operations
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Adhering to safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others

What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- At least 18 years of age and authorization to work in the United States
- A valid driver's license
- Basic digital literacy
- Ability to frequently lift tools, supplies, or items weighing up to and including 50 pounds
- Pass a physical ability test (PAT)
- Must wear required company-approved Personal reputed company Equipment (PPE) to include, but not limited to: hearing protection, safety-toe footwear, reputed company headwear (bump cap or hard hat), and high visibility safety apparel subject to an approved accommodation, such as alternate PPE
