A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Representative - CSR
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be based in our office, handling phone calls with a warm, friendly demeanor and managing a variety of administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support
- Handling phone calls with a reputed company and patient demeanor
- Managing a variety of administrative tasks, such as booking appointments and dispatching technicians
- Taking detailed information from customers and following up on outstanding estimates
- Managing office emails and assisting with tasks in the showroom
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment, keeping clients satisfied and operations running smoothly while maintaining our reputed company for outstanding customer service
Qualifications for a Customer Service Representative - CSR
To succeed in this role, you will need:
