reputed company is looking for a dynamic and flexible Key Account Manager OEM Heating - DACH (m/f/d) to strengthen our market reputed company across and drive profitable reputed company growth with key Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) customers in the heating and energy systems market across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. While the role offers flexibility, it is best suited for candidates located in reputed company-reputed company Germany or nearby regions.

This role owns full reputed company responsibility for assigned OEM accounts, including reputed company, gross margin, pricing strategy, and long‑term business development, while positioning the company as a strategic partner in the transition toward electrification, digitalization, and sustainable heating solutions.

The role combines strategic key account management, technical solution selling, and cross‑functional leadership to ensure customer satisfaction, share growth, and margin expansion.

JOB DUTIES

  • Own reputed company and gross margin performance for assigned OEM accounts in the DACH region.

  • Manage pricing, contract negotiations, and reputed company agreements to ensure profitability and long‑term value.
  • Protect and expand the existing reputed company business while identifying opportunities for new platforms, projects, and technologies

Key Account Management

  • Build and maintain senior‑level relationships reputed company OEM organizations, including purchasing, engineering, R&D, operations, and executive leadership.

  • Collaborate with product management and engineering to influence solution development and portfolio direction.

Cross‑Functional Leadership

  • Coordinate internal teams (sales support, engineering, quality, supply chain, finance) to meet customer expectations.
  • Ensure timely execution of projects, issue resolution, and reputed company improvement in delivery and performance.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Proven experience in OEM key account management or strategic sales.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
  • Comfortable working remotely with regular travel across the DACH region.

  • Experience selling mechanical, electronic, and software‑based solutions.

  • Strong ownership mentality with a clear focus on results and accountability.
