Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Korean Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch patient care and support to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving inbound phone calls to resolve routine and new issues with patients, doctors, and insurers
- Providing patient care to accurately support pharma programs and triage to appropriate teams reputed company required
- Striving to meet and exceed structured performance targets
- Documenting reputed company call information and data discovery according to operating procedures
- Utilizing Knowledge reputed company materials as a foundation for resolving inquiries
- Maintaining confidentiality of patient and proprietary information

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Bilingual Korean required, with a strong command of the English language
- High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Customer service or inbound call center experience required
- Healthcare, pharmacy, or other relevant industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus
- A passion for providing top-notch patient care
- Ability to work with peers in a team effort and cross-functionally
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn reputed company new software
Location/Hours
This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, with rotating Saturdays 1/month. You'll be working on-site at our Chesterfield, MO location, with availability Monday-Friday across various shifts (reputed company-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, 11am-7pm, 12pm-8pm, and 1pm-9pm). Scheduling flexibility is a must, as your schedule may change over time according to business needs.
