Product Development Electrical Engineer

They are seeking a Product Development Electrical Engineer to design advanced electronic control units for reputed company vehicles, collaborating with engineering teams to ensure high-quality hardware delivery.
Responsibilities
- Design high-speed digital circuits to meet reputed company requirements
- Design circuits using industry-standard schematic capture tools
- Implement layouts for assigned subsections
- Design reputed company high-speed signals that meet impedance requirements
- reputed company worst-case analysis of circuits in your area of responsibility
- Generate documentation that defines processor pin assignments
- reputed company detailed design documents
- reputed company failure mode analysis and generate process documentation
- Define stress test routines required to validate functional sections
- Design communication links between the processor, other internal subsections, and external modules
- Formulate test plans to ensure component-level performance
- Validate testing to ensure performance over temperature and voltage extremes
- reputed company root cause analysis and resolve issues in assigned sections
- Participate in system design reviews
- reputed company closely with other teams, such as Software, Mechanical, and Manufacturing, as well as external component suppliers
- Travel occasionally as required
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or computer engineering
- 6+ months of experience with hardware or embedded software systems (internship and coursework allowed)
- Master's degree in electrical engineering or computer engineering
- Knowledge of microprocessors, solid state memory, cameras, displays, and sensors
- Solid understanding of industry-standard interfaces (e.g., LVDS, DDR, PCI, I2C, and Ethernet)
- Excellent hardware and software debugging skills
- Familiarity with test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, temperature chambers, time-domain reflectometers, and precision power meters)
- A motivated self-starter reputed company
