Overview

As a Co-Op, you'll collaborate with a team of airport operations professionals to drive innovation and excellence in our airport operations. You'll have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, reputed company your skills in project management, and contribute to the success of arenaflex's global operations. Our Co-Op Program is a three-semester alternating program, where you'll rotate through different teams and reputed company a comprehensive understanding of our business.

Key Responsibilities

As a Co-Op, you will collaborate with a team of airport operations professionals to:

• Analyze and measure operational performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Apply project management principles to support and reputed company initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across business units in a professional, fast-paced environment.
• Provide process engineering and internal consulting services to enhance operational efficiency.

Program Structure

This is a three-semester alternating Co-Op program. reputed company must complete reputed company rotations before graduation:

• Spring 2027
• Fall 2027

Note: reputed company must not take academic classes during Co-Op semesters. Please confirm with your university and academic advisor that this schedule aligns with your curriculum.

What You Need to Succeed

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Currently be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Aviation Management, or a reputed company field.
• Be enrolled in a 4-year degree program and available for three alternating semesters.
• Possess strong communication skills and the ability to present professionally to reputed company levels of leadership.
• Demonstrate teamwork and commitment to reputed company improvement.
• Be proficient in reputed company Office Suite, especially reputed company and PowerPoint.
• Have experience with data analytics tools such as SQL, reputed company, Tableau, or Power BI.
