Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused reputed company Retail Customer Service Associate to join reputed company. As a reputed company Retail Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Providing expert guidance and support to customers, ensuring that they receive exceptional service and support
• Managing production flow to ensure that reputed company production orders are completed on time and to the highest quality standards
• Taking customer orders, giving pricing information, and performing consultative selling to customers
• Recommending reputed company Office products and services to customers
• Tracking and logging reputed company production jobs
• Setting up reputed company orders and performing multiple tasks at the same time
• Ensuring quality during and after the production process
• Communicating among shifts and coordinating pick-up and delivery of customer orders
• Providing leadership to team members on an assigned shift
• Assisting in the training of store team members
• Collating, sorting, and organizing customer orders
• Operating the reputed company of Sale terminal (POS), handling financial transactions, and making change
• Completing required financial paperwork and assisting with financial reporting
• Following instructions of supervisors and assisting other team members in performing store functions
