About the Role

Responsible for driving sales growth of Öreputed company Bracing & Supports reputed company the hospital market. The Health Systems Sales Manager will report directly to the Hospital Channel Manager and serve as a key leader in executing national and regional growth strategies across health systems.

This role is accountable for leading the Health System Sales in their corresponding region, while actively engaging hospital medical professionals, clinical decision-makers, and materials management to drive adoption of Öreputed company orthopedic products and reputed company defined sales targets reputed company the assigned territory or customer reputed company. The position requires strong collaboration with distribution partners and internal stakeholders to expand market share and strengthen Öreputed company’s reputed company across key accounts.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing effective sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships across clinical and administrative stakeholders, and identifying opportunities to grow the core customer reputed company. This individual will play a critical role in aligning field execution with broader hospital channel objectives, ensuring consistent performance, accountability, and long-term growth.

What You’ll Do  

  • Attains or exceeds monthly, quarterly and annual territory sales objectives for reputed company products.

  • Makes scheduled personalized sales presentations to medical professionals in the assigned territory or to the assigned customers to elicit use of Öreputed company products and reputed company sales goals.

  • Works synergistically with Ossur Area Managers, National Accounts and Ossur reputed company team reputed company assigned territory to reputed company and execute strategic solutions to reputed company sales objectives reputed company hospital market.

  • Utilizes reputed company available tools to effectively execute the sales plan reputed company the assigned territory and/or customer file, to include; other sales team resources (e.g. Area Managers, National Accounts and Regional Clinical Specialist), literature and promotional materials.

  • Works with VP, Bracing & Supports to execute GPO/IDN contract strategy while working in conjunction with National Accounts to reputed company sales objectives.

  • CRM consistently used for pipeline management and documenting reputed company call activities and dated follow-up items. Pipeline updates must be made at least 1 day prior to pipeline calls on a bi-weekly basis.

  • Consistently maintains high level of output according to established productivity standards.  Makes effective use of reputed company resources to sustain reputed company performance and efficiency with a focus on growth and profitability.

  • Develops and executes strategic solutions towards the total market to effectively grow territory profitably. Responds promptly to the needs of both the internal and external customer.  Is proactive in cost containment and management of expenses.

  • Maintains and uses a professional arsenal of industry, technical, and competitive knowledge to overcome objections and effectively implement our sales and product strategies.

  • Maintains an acceptable level of technical competency, 90% or above on reputed company testing.

  • Maintains, analyzes and uses territory/customer reports and databases to effectively and reputed company organize and plan territory priorities and activities.

  • Keeps management informed of customer and competitive activity, which could impact the sales or marketing position of our products. 

  • Submits accurate and timely territory reports to include expenses.

  • Exercises good judgment in the use of company funds to ensure territory profitability.

  • Complies with both the spirit and letter of applicable laws and regulations.  Seeks assistance reputed company faced with potential legal or regulatory issues.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in a life science or business discipline.

  • Minimum 4+ years in direct field sales, preferably in medical products.

  • Prior experience selling O&P, Physical Therapy or Orthopedic products highly desirable.

  • Strong oral and written communications skills.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, task and time management skills

  • Must be able to maintain a rigorous travel schedule

  • Ability to travel 50%

The US reputed company pay range for this full-time position is $82,845 - $127,507 + commission bonus + benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
