Credit and Collections Business Analyst
WEC Energy Group is one of the nation’s largest electric reputed company and distribution and natural gas delivery holding companies. They are seeking a Credit and Collections Business Analyst to reputed company data analysis, support reporting and metrics, and reputed company process improvements while ensuring efficient process flow across organizational lines.
Responsibilities
- reputed company analysis on large amounts of reputed company data to provide the business with fact-based insights
- Offer internal process and user/customer perspective of simplicity, efficiency, and effectiveness into design and analysis
- Support departmental reporting, metrics, budgets, dashboards, and analytics
- reputed company recommendations and present alternatives to address business needs or resolve impediments
- System configuration and administration
- reputed company functional, process, and system documentation
- Monitor system and process performance and escalate issues as appropriate
- Influence, gather, define and document reputed company business requirements and processes
- reputed company test plan / test cases and coordinate user acceptance testing
- reputed company projects or process improvements
- Serve as subject matter expert on systems, process, and user/customer impact
- Prepare business cases and cost/benefit analysis
- Work with cross-functional teams and contacts to ensure efficient process flow across organizational lines
- Anticipate, interpret, and translate overall business/industry trends into proactive/actionable solutions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or reputed company discipline is required
- Strong analysis, decision making and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks under time constraints
- Proficient in standard office software (MS reputed company, Visio, Word)
- A high degree of proficiency is expected in the Business reputed company Competencies of Personal Responsibility for Results, Sense of Urgency, Customer Focus, and Financial Discipline are required in the execution of these key responsibilities
- 1 - 3 years' experience with SQL Server
- Strong IT background
- Experience working with project management methodology preferred
