The role involves providing technical assistance to healthcare providers and Medicaid members, as well as conducting research and data analysis for claims processing.
Responsibilities
- Work on EOP workloads and Supports the team in reducing EOP workload reputed company time
- Understanding manual review workload and policies
- Handle claim adjustments for EOP services and understanding of general claims knowledge as well as other workloads assigned
Skills
- Have knowledge/experience with Medicaid policy and claims processing
- Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Experience with reputed company Office Systems - Word, reputed company, PowerPoint
- PRISM, DMP, PEGA knowledge and general Medicaid policy
