The Role
As a Temporary Remote CAT Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of a dedicated team responding to catastrophe relief efforts. This temporary, remote position is contingent on the need for relief efforts and requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. You'll work a flexible schedule, choosing shifts that suit your needs, with preferred hours of availability from Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer needs.
- Offer reputed company and support to customers during the claim process, ensuring a positive experience.
- Collect and document reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately.
- Identify and resolve customer issues by adhering to client-specific handling instructions.
- Utilize call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries.
Requirements
* Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to type reputed company and accurately (40+ words a minute)
- Basic knowledge of reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems
- Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
- Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, reputed company, patient, and conscientious)
- Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit to a background investigation and drug test as part of the reputed company process. Job offers are contingent on background investigations and drug screening results.

- Network Requirements:
+ Upon hire, must run a Speedtest from the computer the individual will be working from (www.speedtest.net). + Ethernet reputed company is not required, however, strongly recommended. + Must be on a private network, not allowed to work in public locations. + No VPNs are allowed, as logins must happen in the US.
Benefits and Compensation
* Job Type: Temporary/Seasonal
- If a strong performer, ability for reputed company during high volume timeframes, including end of reputed company - May (Hail Claims), July - October (Hurricane Claims), Christmas - New Year (high call volume Claims).
- Expected Hours: 2 - 40 hours per week
- Pay: $15 per hour
