Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages from customers on our clients' websites, providing timely and accurate assistance to resolve their queries and concerns

  • Utilize your excellent communication skills to engage with customers, empathize with their issues, and deliver personalized solutions
  • Work independently, managing multiple chat sessions simultaneously, and prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs

Essential Qualifications
