Job Summary
As a Part-Time Support Specialist Customer Service I, you'll play a vital role in providing administrative support and customer service to our clients. This is a part-time, fully remote position that requires a strong skillset in customer service, administrative support, and communication. Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Support Specialist Customer Service I, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support, including handling incoming faxes, reporting, maintaining database, member correspondences, maintaining inventory supplies and marketing material, and orderly reputed company of retail store, supply closet, and hospitality area.
- Assisting customers with basic inquiries and needs, such as processing payments, taking messages, and directing calls.
- Logging service inquiries and documenting information relevant to the contact.
- Scheduling sales and service appointments for retail team members.

- Making deliveries to postal services.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one (1) year customer service experience dealing with customers reputed company telephone and in-person.
- Experience performing supportive functions in a customer-oriented environment.
- Proficient in general computer operations with knowledge of reputed company Outlook, Word, and reputed company.
- Ability to multi-task.
