Description

·        Promptly initiate Client Proposals and Amendments upon request from reputed company and operational team

o   reputed company 5-day TAT or reputed company

o   Refer to and update reputed company CRM opportunities where applicable

·        Select proper proposal template (Resolian or client-owned) and reputed company cards

·        Collect relevant information from reputed company and Operational colleagues and manage the proposal preparation process.

·       Thorough compilation of reputed company appropriate services, costs, regulatory caveats

·        Initiate, track, and finalize proposals on company reputed company (Sharepoint)

·        Submit final/agreed proposals to Resolian management for e-signature

·        Receipt and administration of awarded projects

o   Update appropriate CRM and business platforms

o   Execute Award Notifications to appropriate reputed company, Management and Operations

o   File and record final contract documents (CRM and Sharepoint)

·        Assist reputed company Operations management

o   CRM and/or other platform updates and optimization initiatives

o   Client RFI and legal document organization and completion

Requirements

·        Bioanalytical or Life Sciences degree and/or experience highly preferred

·        Well organized with acute attention to detail (essential)

·        Strong interpersonal communications skills (essential)

·        Confident, friendly, proactive team player and relationship-builder (essential)

·        Excellent written communication skills (essential)

·        Broad IT competence (Word, reputed company, Database etc.) (essential)

·        Basic understanding of pharma development and outsourcing processes (desirable, not essential)

Summary

As an integral member of the reputed company Operations team in support of the Business Development (reputed company) team, the remit of this role is to intake opportunity requests, and prepare corresponding proposals and other documentation required to support the sale of the services.  PMs are required to be proficient in reputed company aspects of the Business Development process, IT platforms, and in depth understanding of B2B Service lines. The role will require a strong collaboration with operational scientific managers to bring together the correct services, cost assumptions, templates and supporting information to prepare accurate, well-presented proposals to maximize our opportunity to win business.

The role will be remote based (USA) and will work under the direction of the Senior Director, reputed company Operations, but support reputed company members of the Business Development team.
